Speech-Language Pathologist / Myofunctional Therapist

Jaleesa Garcia is a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist and Myofunctional Therapist who brings compassion, expertise, and a commitment to empowering individuals through communication, feeding, and airway health. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from DePaul University and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Lewis University.

Jaleesa has experience supporting patients across the lifespan, from early childhood through adulthood, treating a wide range of communication needs including speech sound disorders, language delays, and cognitive-communication impairments. Her passion extends beyond traditional therapy as she continues to expand her knowledge and clinical expertise through specialized training in pediatric feeding therapy, tethered oral tissues (tongue ties), and the connection between airway, sleep, and overall health.

As a member of the Advanced Therapy & Wellness Center team, Jaleesa empowers patients and families to build the skills, confidence, and independence they need to thrive. Her holistic and patient-centered approach ensures that every individual is heard, understood, and supported in achieving lasting progress.

Outside the clinic, Jaleesa enjoys spending time by the lake, exploring the outdoors, and sharing meals with family and friends.
