Leslie Granados is the Billing Coordinator at Advanced Therapy & Wellness Center, where she oversees the financial side of every family's care. She works directly with patients and insurance providers on billing questions, claims, benefits verification, and account support, so families remain informed and confident at every stage of the process.

She brings a strong background in customer service to the role, along with a standard she holds firmly: clear communication, timely follow-through, and knowledgeable, courteous support on every account.

Leslie believes exceptional care extends beyond the therapy room. A family that understands its coverage and its options is free to focus fully on treatment, and she considers it her responsibility to make the administrative experience as seamless as the clinical one.
