Evaluation
Your first appointment is a thorough evaluation: your history, your instincts, and a hands-on professional assessment. You leave knowing what we found and what we recommend, in plain words.
A plan built for you
If therapy is the right next step, we build an individual treatment plan with measurable goals and honest timelines. If it isn't, we'll say so and point you to the right provider.

If you don't know whether a full evaluation is warranted, take the free Airway Score. It's a few minutes online, it costs nothing, and it tells you whether mouth breathing, snoring, or oral habits deserve a closer look, for you or your child. Bring your results to your first visit and we'll build on them.
Insurance, superbills, and cash options
ATWC is in-network with BCBS PPO. Call 815-782-4196 and we'll help verify your benefits before your first visit.
For all other insurance, we're an out-of-network provider. Many plans reimburse out-of-network therapy; you pay us directly and submit the superbill we give you, which includes every code your insurer needs. It's worth one phone call to your insurance company to learn your plan's rate before starting.
No coverage? We have competitive cash payment options, and our office will walk you through them before you commit to anything.
