This policy covers what information this website collects and how we use it. It's short on purpose.

What we collect

When you submit our inquiry or contact form, we collect the information you type: your name, contact details, who the appointment is for, and what you tell us about your concern. We use it to respond to you and coordinate your care, and it flows into the practice management tools we use to run the clinic. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization to understand which pages help families most, how visitors find us, and whether the site is doing its job. This involves cookies. You can opt out via the notice shown on your first visit, or with Google's own opt-out tools, and the site works exactly the same either way.

Health information

This website is not a patient portal and is not the place for detailed medical information. Anything you share as an established patient happens through our HIPAA-appropriate systems, including the Patient Portal. Information you choose to type into the website inquiry form is used to contact you and route your care.

Third-party links

Links to outside services, including the Airway Score, the Patient Portal, Google Maps, YouTube, and social platforms, take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
