Clare Travers, MOT, TTM, CPRCS
Occupational Therapist
Clare Travers is a pediatric occupational therapist who supports children and families through a whole-body, developmental approach to care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Rutgers University and her Master of Occupational Therapy from North Central College, and her background in movement and athletics informs a deep understanding of the body's capacity to grow, adapt, and thrive.
Clare specializes in functional and developmental skills in children, with a strong focus on early intervention and infant care. She holds certifications in the TummyTime! Method, Primitive Reflex Integration (CPRCS), and Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT), along with advanced training in infant bodywork.
She is especially passionate about supporting infants before and after tongue and lip tie (TOTs) releases, so that the benefits of a release extend beyond feeding into regulation and motor development.
Her approach is holistic and sensorimotor-based, designed to build independence and confidence in daily activities, and she is committed to equipping families with practical strategies that fit naturally into their existing routines.
Outside the clinic, Clare enjoys swimming, traveling, attending sporting events, baking gluten-free treats, and spending time with friends and family.
